Hoxton Hotel DTLA

In the heart of downtown Los Angeles, the Hoxton is housed in a 10-story Beaux Arts landmark, first built in 1922 serving as the Los Angeles Railway Building. This once thriving building served many purposes over the years prior to finding itself in dire shape before Ennismore secured it in 2017. In collaboration with Soho House, this historic building found new purpose, housing 174 guest rooms, several f&b spaces, including a basement speakeasy, a rooftop pool - perfect for those summer days in LA - and the ‘apartment’, coworking space. The construction required extensive structural and seismic upgrades, facade repair, and overall building reinforcement to support the new roof deck, pool, bar, and restaurants.
