InterContinental Barclay NYC
Built in 1926, this historic landmark building sits on half of a city block in Midtown, NYC. Situated a few blocks from Grand Central Station, Times Square, and its neighbor, the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel, the hotel was shut down for 18-months for a full gut renovation, addition of two ballrooms above the lobby, and a new roof-top Presidential Suite structure. The renovation included new MEP infrastructure and reshoring of the building all while sitting over active MTA trains below.
