Waldorf=Astoria
The legendary hotel remained operational during an extensive public space renovation. The lobby, canopy, exterior facade, motor court, and lower lobby underwent a full transformation. Infrastructure and core structural repair was performed over active MTA lines, adding to the complexity of the project.
